IF YOU ARE NOT AVAILABLE AT THE TIME YOUR ORDER ARRIVES USPS WILL LEAVE A NOTE FOR YOU TO PICK UP THE PACKAGE AT YOUR LOCAL USPS OFFICE IF THE PACKAGE CAN NOT FIT IN THE MAIL BOX.

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SHIP LARGE ORDERS IN MULTIPLE PACKAGES.

TRACKING NUMBERS ARE PROVIDED FOR EVERY ORDER SHIPPED AND ARE USUALLY UPDATED ON YOUR ACCOUNT 3-4 DAYS AFTER YOUR HAS BEEN SHIPPED.

WE DO NOT OFFER RUSH DELIVERY.

ORDERS BEING SHIPPED TO A US TERRITORY LIKE PUERTO RICO OR US VIRGIN ISLANDS MAY TAKE LONGER THAN USUAL (ABOUT 3 - 4 EXTRA DAYS ) AS SOME SUPPLIERS WILL NOT SHIP DIRECTLY TO THESE AREAS AND THE ITEMS HAVE TO BE SENT TO OUR OFFICE IN NEW YORK AND THEN SENT TO THE US TERRITORY.

For items being ship directly from the supplier, Please allow 10-15 days for it to arrive.

For international order PLEASE ALLOW 10-20 DAYS FOR FINAL DELIVERY

All ammunition orders are shipped via UPS and cannot be delivered to a PO Box.


RETURNS:

Refund/Return Policy:
Original sales receipt must accompany returns. A 15% restocking will be applied to non-defective items returned.
 
We accept returns for exchange or refund 30 calendar days after delivery of the product.  Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition". Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is:
-without showing signs of wear or damage in any way
-within 30 calendar days of the delivery date (after 30 days no returns are allowed)
-must not be a special order or a custom order
-must be in original packaging with all tags, labels, and instructions included.
 
If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact Customer Support immediately. Items that are defective and shipped from us or items that you did not order but received from us will qualify for store credit or a cash refund.
Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it.
There is a 15% restocking fee for returned items that are not being exchanged and are not damaged. Again you MUST contact us within 30 days if you intend to return ANY item back to our store. Items returned to us AFTER 30 days and WITHOUT contacting us will NOT be refunded.
Customer is responsible for all RETURN shipping costs.

IMPORTANT: OUT OF STOCK ITEMS ARE INEVITABLE IN THIS BUSINESS ESPECIALLY IN THE BUSY SEASON WHICH IS THE FALL / WINTER. IF YOUR ORDER HAS AN OUT OF STOCK ITEM YOU WILL BE CONTACTED BY EMAIL AND PROVIDED WITH TWO OPTIONS. (A) GET A FULL REFUND (B) WAIT THE TIME FRAME OF THE ETA. WE CANNOT GUARANTEE THE ETA OF GOODS AS THIS IS BASED SOLEY ON THE MANUFACTURER. AN ETA IS ESTIMATED TIME OF DELIVERY.
